On Premise Trade Marketing Manager - POS Management

Join the Global On Premise Trade Marketing Team in Salzburg, Austria, and manage the global POS tools while driving innovation and efficiency across the entire value chain.

As the On Premise Trade Marketing Manager - POS Management, you will own and optimize Red Bull's global POS portfolio, ensuring tools and assets remain relevant, effective, and aligned with business and market needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the global End-to-End Project to improve POS availability, transparency, and operational excellence
• Developing and implementing effective end-to-end POS lifecycle management processes
• Shaping the global On Premise POS strategy to meet customer, consumer, and business needs
• Analyzing POS performance and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborating with country marketing teams to develop tailored POS solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Trade Marketing experience with exposure to marketing and operations environments
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary: The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €2,362 gross per month.
