But perhaps it's not too far-fetched to call ourselves the pioneers of the post-milk generation (watch out for oat puns!), because we've already invented the modern oat drink in the 1990s and it's now the favourite among plant-based drinks, with our famous Barista Edition being the top-selling product among milk alternatives, both in hip specialty cafes and in the refrigerators of our fans.
From our Berlin oat centre, we steer all activities for the DACH region and Poland, cappuccino-sipping our way through the challenges and opportunities of the plant-based movement.
We want to move more people towards a planet-friendly diet and do it all with a wink, but without the cow. What's missing? Just you!
Your Task

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers in your area (Salzburg as the core, West Austria, and south-eastern Bavaria) don't miss us: second-place rankings, advertising materials, shelf placement
- You're not just in charge of designing our brand presence in the supermarket, but also the odd Oatly 6-pack. In other words, you're not afraid to pack or unpack cartons
- Visit markets in your region every day and exchange ideas with local contacts
- If some of our products are missing from the market, make sure they're restocked
- After the visit, before the visit – keep track of your successes and tasks in our CRM tool
Your Profile
- At least one year of experience in the retail food industry, sales, or a comparable role, and familiar with its highs and lows
- You love talking and convincing others with your charming personality – you might even say you chat them up against the wall
- You're organised and structured, and never lose sight of the bigger picture
- The icing on the cake would be if you're familiar with programmes like the Office package and a CRM tool
- You enjoy driving safely and feel at home in hotels
- You work independently and have no problem handling tasks on your own
- Flexibility is your middle name. You adapt quickly to new situations, faster than the Oatly Barista adapts to the taste of coffee
- You live in Salzburg or the surrounding area (AT) and have a class B driver's license
