Student Marketeer

We are seeking a Student Marketeer to join our team at the Universidad Central in Santiago, Chile.

As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of the world's most empowered and dynamic brand and product ambassador program. You will be responsible for managing the brand image and product understanding among students at your university and in your area of influence.

Your main objectives will be:

• To reach new consumers and connect them with the brand
• To increase sales and promote the brand at your university
• To create and execute innovative marketing plans to build the brand and drive consumption among students

Responsibilities:

• Be a brand and product ambassador, representing Red Bull in an exceptional way through daily interactions with consumers and customers
• Increase the consumer base in key locations and moments, responding accurately to their questions
• Create and execute a personalized and innovative plan on campus, involving students and bringing the brand to life at your university
• Establish a strong network of contacts, building relationships with key people
• Share unique brand content through your social media channels
• Work at Red Bull events and sponsored events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers
• Build relationships with local store managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible to consumers
• Collaborate with the sales team to open new distribution points for Red Bull on campus and in surrounding areas
• Ensure perfect execution according to defined standards for each point of sale

Requirements:

• Passion for the Red Bull brand and product
• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
• Immersed in student life, with extensive knowledge of the university environment, city, and region
• Highly accessible and sociable, with the ability to relate to different people in various situations
• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
• Ability to balance part-time work and studies
• Affinity for and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially in marketing and sales
• Connected to influential groups and individuals on campus
• Valid driver's license
