Sales and Service Advisor

HSBC México is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to improve customer experience at the branch by providing attention at the counter and promoting our products and services to current and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and promote bank products and services
• Refer clients to promoters or alternative channels to increase branch profitability
• Work in a team environment and focus on results and problem-solving

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress)
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the financial sector
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday
