We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team. As a Physical Therapist, you will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease
- Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards
- Document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establish therapeutic plans and modify them if necessary
- Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home
- Demonstrate and incorporate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents
Requirements:
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $37.50 - $62.00
- Full-time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours
