Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Sandwich, IL. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualised treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
