The Field Engineering organization at CoreWeave is dedicated to ensuring every customer running AI workloads at scale has a seamless, reliable, and high-performance experience. This team supports the infrastructure that powers the AI revolution,working across data centers, hardware systems, and customer workloads to maintain the integrity of our cloud platform.
As a Senior Manager, Field Engineering, you will lead a regional team of subject matter experts across Kubernetes, Storage, High-Performance Computing, Networking, Security, and Compute Infrastructure. You will design and deliver next-generation environments that power the world's most demanding workloads.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing Specialist Field Engineering team
- Define and execute the regional technical go-to-market strategy
- Act as executive sponsor for the region's most strategic and technically complex accounts
- Partner closely with customers to understand complex AI and infrastructure requirements
- Align capacity management, data center operations, and fleet operations to support AI and high-performance workloads
- Establish key performance indicators and streamline workflows
- Drive continuous improvement by channeling field feedback into product enhancements
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years in solutions architecture, field engineering, infrastructure engineering, or cloud services
- Proven track record designing, deploying, and optimizing large-scale environments
- Expertise in infrastructure frameworks, workload orchestration, performance tuning, and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, networking technologies, security practices, and enterprise storage systems
