Welcome Manager

This is your chance to join Porsche. Porsche Centre Kassel is looking for a Welcome Manager to strengthen our team.

As a Welcome Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional hospitality and customer care during their visit to our dealership. Your role will involve:

• Greeting customers warmly and making them feel welcome
• Coordinating customer arrivals and directing them to the relevant colleagues
• Ensuring a high-quality welcome experience for our customers in the waiting area
• Maintaining and presenting our products in the Porsche Lifestyle Store
• Supporting the Service Team with administrative tasks

We are looking for someone with:

• A completed commercial education and experience in front office or direct customer contact
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to go the extra mile
• A friendly and approachable manner
