Join our team of Student Marketeers and become a part of the world's most dynamic and influential ambassador programme for a brand and product. As a Student Marketeer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing smart marketing and sales plans to build the Red Bull brand and increase consumption of our products both on campus and beyond.
As a Student Marketeer, you will be the face of Red Bull on campus and in the surrounding area. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with students, colleagues, and key people in the region. You will also be responsible for promoting and selling Red Bull products at events, as well as managing the brand's social media presence.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Red Bull brand and its products, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with taking initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador for the Red Bull brand and its products
- Develop and implement smart marketing and sales plans to build the Red Bull brand and increase consumption of our products
- Create and maintain relationships with students, colleagues, and key people in the region
- Promote and sell Red Bull products at events
- Manage the brand's social media presence
- Work closely with the sales team to open new distribution points for Red Bull
- Ensure perfect execution of tasks and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular meetings and online communication
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and sociable personality
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong knowledge of the university, city, and region
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work part-time while studying
- Good relationships with groups and individuals on campus
- Passion for the Red Bull brand and its products
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
- Student status at a university
- Age: 18-25 years old
- Citizenship: EU citizen or equivalent
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Language: English (B2 level)
- Other: driving license, computer skills, and familiarity with social media platforms
