Join our team at Holidu and help us continuously expand our portfolio of vacation rentals.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in our DMO projects, converting leads into new customers.
You will proactively contact hosts to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs, using various sales methods such as cold calling, inbound leads, and referrals.
You will maintain individual customer relationships through product presentations both on-site and remotely, building your own network.
You will collect feedback from your customers and support us in developing our processes and product in collaboration with other departments.
You will be responsible for your activities and ensure the achievement of monthly goals.
You will take ownership of smaller projects and represent Holidu at various events.
Key requirements:
- Strong motivation and persuasion skills, both in phone and personal customer contact.
- Winning, empathetic personality with the ability to build lasting business relationships at decision-maker level.
- Strategic problem-solving approach combined with high levels of self-responsibility, structure, and entrepreneurial action.
- Resilience and willingness to shape, you proactively tackle new challenges with energy.
- At least 3-7 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in the travel industry, online business, or a comparable dynamic environment.
- Verbal and written fluency in German and English.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
