Description
We're looking for an ambitious Head of Commercial to join our expanding UK, Pureplay and ANZ commercial team!
As a highly numerate, team leader, target-driven, commercially savvy individual with a limitless mindset and proven experience working as a Head of Commercial or similar level, you will be responsible for leading a team as well as nurturing, and establishing strategic partnerships with our retail partners, identifying new commercial opportunities, to effortlessly bring the Tilbury magic to life in store and online.
You'll have a strong presence, able to set vision, energise teams, and comfortably manage shifting priorities. You will be approachable and relationship-driven, building trusted partnerships at all levels, with a genuine passion for beauty and value creation.
Results-focused and solution-oriented, confident operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments. Compelling communicator and negotiator, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and presenting with clarity and conviction.
Proven people manager and coach, combining analytical rigour with attention to detail. Strong business acumen, able to think macro, shape strategy, quantify impact, and prioritise ruthlessly while managing multiple deadlines.
Curious and growth-minded, with a strong appetite for learning and role modelling continuous development.

Work closely with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR and Store Development to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer covering activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, store and retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention.

About you:
You have demonstrable senior commercial leadership experience within Beauty, Luxury or Fashion.
