Patient Representative

We are seeking a Patient Representative to join our team at CareNow in Burleson, TX. As a Patient Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and service to patients and families. This is a full-time position with a mixed rotating weekend schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and support to patients and families
• Assist with patient registration and check-in processes
• Answer patient questions and address concerns
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records systems
