Mgr, IT Infrastruct

We are seeking an IT Manager, Infrastructure Integration & Platform Support to lead the strategic development and operation of our server and container-based computing platforms and systems. The successful candidate will manage a team of 1 supervisor, fourteen full-time employees, and eleven contracted workers.

The role involves designing, building, enhancing, integrating, provisioning, supporting, and maintaining compute platforms, working with Infrastructure Services, application portfolios, end-user services, IT security, technology leadership teams, and third-party technology partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive computing services technology roadmap
• Driving continuous improvement of computing solutions and services
• Partnering with business leaders to align computing services technology resources and strategies with business needs
• Applying strong leadership and strategic thinking to drive innovation and leverage technology
• Managing financial performance and creating an overall computing services budget
• Leading and managing an organization of computing services leaders and technical professionals

Requirements:

• Degree preferred; BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Four or more years of experience in IT, leading teams, and supporting infrastructure or applications
• Comprehensive knowledge of information technology, including telecommunications, networks, compute, application integration, and cybersecurity
