HEAD OF ACCOUNTING & BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

The duties of the WRT Head of Accounting & Business Administration will include:

• Lead and manage monthly and annual financial closings and reporting
• Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with six business units (five in Belgium and one in the USA)
• Present financial figures and analyses to management, the Board, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate and prepare the annual audit with the company auditor
• Prepare statutory annual accounts and supporting documentation

Monitor, review, and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis

• Ensure close collaboration with the WRT USA entity and other business units
• Manage and supervise facilities, office supplies, and vendor relationships
• Handle contracts and coordinate with external partners
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
• Develop, implement, and enforce internal policies and procedures
• Continuously improve internal processes and workflow efficiency
• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting & Administration Team (5 staff members)

The WRT Head of Accounting and Business Administration should have the following profile:

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Strong professional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar leadership role
• Proven managerial and communication skills
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and structured working methods
• Hands-on mindset with a flexible “can-do” and “will-do” attitude
• Ability to manage workload and perform under tight deadlines
• Proactive problem solver with a results-driven approach
• Highly motivated to achieve goals and objectives
