Description
As a Geo Core Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a small, select group of enterprise-class clients across the HLS and CPG verticals. You will foster executive-level relationships, identify new use cases, and secure new business to expand Databricks' footprint within your portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing key accounts and developing a strategy to meet and exceed revenue and consumption goals
- Implementing the above strategy to meet and exceed revenue and consumption targets
- Building positive relationships with key decision-makers (up to and including C-level) and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for Data & AI-related subjects
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing the expand/consumption use cases within your key accounts
- Orchestrating and utilizing internal teams to maximize the impact on your ecosystem
- Showcasing exceptional value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point
We are looking for a creative, execution-oriented individual with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. Experience selling to large enterprise-class customers in Switzerland is essential, as well as proven experience selling data and AI/Big Data/complex cloud solutions. Understanding of consumption-based land and expanding sales models is also required.
