FBS Senior Claims Operations Specialist

This role provides back-office and operational support to the claims operations by managing moderately complex workflows, ensuring data integrity, and supporting process efficiency and quality outcomes. The position coordinates with internal teams, supports onboarding and peer guidance, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Insurance experience is mandatory, with a focus on P&C Claims. Other insurance sectors such as healthcare insurance and vehicle insurance are also considered.
• Good communication, data entry, and document management skills are required.
