Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Newcastle location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to patients. Our Physical Therapists work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy
• Work with patients to set and achieve goals
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress
