About the Role
As a Member of Technical Staff - Copilot Data & Insights, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, low-latency systems/data pipelines for ingesting, processing using LLM(s), and serving customer insights. You will design, build, and maintain robust pipelines for product usage, provide insights to improve Copilot features. You will own orchestration, monitoring, and DevOps for critical data workflows. You will design data models and APIs that enable customer loop insights using LLM(s). You will collaborate with privacy, security, and responsible AI teams to ensure customer insight is safe, transparent, and user-controlled. You will optimize for performance, reliability, and cost across diverse workloads and geographies. You will ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code. You will find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get your work into the hands of users quickly and iteratively. Accountabilities
- Architect scalable, low-latency systems/data pipelines for ingesting, processing using LLM(s), and serving customer insights.
- Design, build, and maintain robust pipelines for product usage, provide insights to improve Copilot features.
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Technical skills:
- Experience with large scale data systems.
- Experience working with AI platforms, frameworks, and APIs.
Personal attributes:
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web, data systems and AI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
