Content Producer

Elastic is seeking a Content Producer to support integrated campaigns teams tasked with ideating, building, and distributing engaging assets that drive demand and brand authority.

You are a strong writer and editor who can collaborate with content strategists, creative agencies, and product experts to translate technical jargon into stories that drive business value.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with the Industry and Audience Content Strategist to research and identify topically relevant content ideas
• Lead content production – writing, orchestrating, and governing content built with external agencies and AI-powered content systems
• Own the campaign content publishing calendar in Adobe Workfront
• Assist the Content Team with content audit tracking, as well as monitoring and measuring content performance
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve content performance

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related degree and/or relevant work experience
• 5+ years on a content team in enterprise software/SaaS environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience measuring content effectiveness
• Understanding of SEO and digital buyer journeys
• Experience in project management
• Creative and critical thinking skills

Bonus Points

• Content experience on a global demand gen campaign team
• Hands-on experience with AI-based tools like Jasper, SEMRushAIO, Writer, etc.
• Experience with content performance dashboards or data tools

Compensation

The typical starting salary range for this role is: $68,200-$107,900 CAD
