Deal Desk Senior Analyst

We are seeking a Deal Desk Senior Analyst to join our team at Twilio. As a Deal Desk Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing rigorous financial governance and structuring to support our LATAM Go-to-Market motion.

Responsibilities:

• Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for standard and non-standard agreements
• Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals
• Act as a guardrail and educator for Sales and GTM teams
• Own the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ
• Establish trusted working relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales
• Collaborate with Sales and Legal to review and structure non-standard contract language
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling
• Drive and participate in cross-functional project improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Business proficiency or fluency in English
• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Deal Desk or an analytical Go To Market role
• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• A diligent, detail-oriented skillset
• A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude

Location: Remote - Mexico Travel: Approximately 5% travel anticipated
