Description

Racing Force USA is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented RFU Warehouse and Production Associate to support day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and production operations.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, assisting with product assembly and customization, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations for the Racing Force family of brands including BELL, OMP, Zeronoise, and Racing Spirit.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred to support interactions with South American customers, distributors, and business partners.

Essential Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Warehouse Operations

  • Receive incoming inventory shipments and verify quantities against packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Unload containers and freight deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Perform inventory blind counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Execute inventory transfers, stock movements, and replenishment activities throughout the warehouse and Pro Store.
  • Organize warehouse locations and maintain accurate inventory storage practices.
  • Assist with warehouse layout improvements and ongoing organization initiatives.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Support annual physical inventory counts and inventory audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and manifests.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers and logistics providers.
  • Process customer returns and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Ensure all shipments meet company quality standards and customer requirements.

Production & Product Support

  • Install accessories and components on motorsport helmets.
  • Perform minor product repairs, refurbishment, and product preparation activities.
  • Apply heat-pressed logos, patches, and branding elements to racewear and apparel.
  • Assemble, inspect, charge, and prepare fire suppression systems in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Assist with product customization, finishing operations, and special customer requests.
  • Support production projects and new product preparation as needed.

Customer & Team Support

  • Collaborate with warehouse, sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and operational concerns in a timely manner.
  • Utilize inventory management and ERP systems to accurately record transactions.
  • Provide support for South American customers and partners when bilingual communication is required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bilingual English and Spanish language skills required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment or willingness to be trained.

Preferred

  • Prior warehouse, logistics, inventory control, manufacturing, or production experience.
  • Experience with inventory cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience performing minor repairs or assembly work.
  • Experience with heat press equipment, product customization, or light manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working within automotive, motorsports, or performance product industries.
