Solutions & Technical Enablement Manager

ZoomInfo is looking for an engaging, experienced, and results-oriented Solutions & Technical Enablement Manager to join their Product & Technical Enablement team.

This role serves as the dedicated enablement partner to ZoomInfo's Solutions Consultant and Overlay organizations, driving technical proficiency and product knowledge across these pre-sales and specialist audiences through targeted, scalable enablement programs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the enablement function for ZoomInfo's Solutions Consultant and Overlay organizations from the ground up
• Partner closely with SC and Overlay leadership to assess technical knowledge gaps and design targeted enablement solutions
• Build and deliver role-specific enablement content and programs tailored to the unique workflows, deal motions, and technical depth requirements of SC and Overlay audiences
• Drive internal adoption and technical proficiency across ZoomInfo's full GTM Intelligence Platform (GTMIP) for SC and Overlay audiences
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Product Operations, and GTM Technical Teams to translate technical features, system architectures, and integrations into compelling enablement content and learning experiences
• Create, curate, and govern high-impact technical content
• Design and deliver live virtual training sessions for SC and Overlay audiences
• Define success metrics and track program effectiveness

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Product Enablement
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Experience enabling technical pre-sales audiences (SC, SE, or overlay teams) preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product capabilities, technical architectures, and integrations
• Expertise in Revenue Tech Stack tools preferred
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering scalable technical training programs
