Addetto Quality Audit Prodotto e Processo

The Adler Pelzer Group is seeking an Addetto Quality Audit Prodotto e Processo to join our team in Montelabbate, Pesaro.

As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring product conformity by carrying out quality audits and inspections. Your main tasks will include:

• Conducting and recording sample checks at various stages of the production process, in accordance with the Control Plan.
• Evaluating aesthetic characteristics, performing dimensional checks, and verifying calibration standards.
• Identifying and addressing non-conforming products, including managing and updating control samples and reporting to your supervisor.
• Performing regular process and product audits.
• Maintaining records and checklists, and informing the Quality Engineer or Quality Manager of any non-conforming products or processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A technical or scientific diploma (preferably in a related field).
• At least 2 years of experience in a production or automotive environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English (B1/B2 level).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
