New Grad RN Resident Orthopedic Spine Unit

We are seeking a New Grad RN Resident to join our Orthopedic Spine Unit at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA. As a New Grad RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced nurses and physicians to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to patients on the Orthopedic Spine Unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BSN degree preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
