As Portfolio Operations, you will work directly with the Operations Lead and Head of Operations to scale our footprint from our Arsenal-1 facility in Ashville, OH and run business operations for our Intelligence Division.

In this role, you will partner with leadership and teams from across the business , from our engineering and manufacturing teams to our IT, Security, and G&A teams to our core internal operations teams , to unpack ambiguous problems and build lasting, scalable solutions.

Your work will vary from quick-turn operational fire-fighting, building and redesigning processes, to leading high-impact and specialized projects , all in the mission of growing one of our newest Business Lines at Anduril.

The Operations team for Intelligence Systems at Anduril has three primary responsibilities:

  • Standing up the operational processes for our Program Execution team.
  • Expanding our footprint across multiple locations and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Special projects.

As Portfolio Operations, you will be critical to supporting all of these responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation.
  • Execute analyses on short-timelines to get answers quickly.
  • Project manage across many stakeholders.
  • Work across functions and learn Anduril’s business top-to-bottom.
  • Set up structures and processes that enable the Division to scale.

Requirements:

  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, internal operations, or business operations role.
  • Project management experience.
  • Self-driven and relentlessly proactive.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing: Exposure to Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) or Full Rate Production (FRP).
