Senior Affiliate Manager

Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming. As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will lead the development, optimization, and scaling of Razer's global partner-driven growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to scale Razer's performance-driven affiliate networks, focusing on high volume and sustainable profitability.
• Optimize ROI by auditing, testing, and optimizing commission structures, payouts, and partner funnels.
• Manage day-to-day operations and strategic direction of affiliate enterprise networks, ensuring accurate attribution, tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor performance health metrics and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Bridge the gap between performance marketing and influencer networks, leveraging Razer's active creator programs.
• Directly manage high-impact relationships with macro-creators, gaming networks, streamers, and talent agencies.
• Co-create exclusive, performance-led incentive models, custom landing experiences, and promotional bundles.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Global Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to align affiliate and creator channels with product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Identify untapped partner networks, referral systems, and co-marketing models.
• Coordinate with teams to supply partners with hyper-targeted, high-converting creative assets.

Pre-Requisites

• 6-8 years of experience managing large-scale global affiliate networks, performance partnerships, or creator monetization portfolios.
• 2-3 years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing a small team of specialists.
• Power-user fluency with top-tier enterprise affiliate marketing platforms and advanced tracking, attribution, and web analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of the global gaming landscape, streamer ecosystem, and what motivates gamers to buy.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of negotiating favorable financial terms.
