We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Queretaro, Mexico.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for improving customer service experience through the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of executives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with existing regulations
- Analyse and improve branch performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress)
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- AMIB certification
- At least three years of experience in the financial sector
- Experience in Retail, Premier, or Advance segments
- Strong knowledge of financial mathematics
- Customer-oriented and sales-focused mindset
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to change
