We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in the region of Antwerp-Limburg. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and maintaining relationships with existing small and medium-sized businesses. Your goal will be to successfully integrate Polestar into their fleet management and increase our market share within their vehicle parks.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage the EV market by informing, inspiring, and educating customers, leasing companies, and fleet managers
  • Manage leads (generate, follow up, and close)
  • Provide continuous sales reporting
  • Prepare and present business opportunities through RFP & RFQ
  • Manage existing B2B customers and build sustainable relationships
  • Activate relationships to maximize market share through events, test drives, information sessions, etc.
  • Support fleet administration
  • Collaborate closely with the order-to-delivery team to track orders in the Fleet Procurement System
  • Continuously evaluate and improve collaboration with sales partners

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management
  • Experience with fleet management, mobility services, or charging station management is an asset
  • Knowledge of automotive taxation in Belgium, particularly with regard to EVs: insight into TCO and fiscal measures
  • Fluent Dutch language skills. Since our working language at Polestar is English, you should also be fluent in English
  • Valid driving license B
  • Region will be located between Antwerp and Limburg
  • Software knowledge: proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
