Musketeer Samsun (Yerinde Tüketim Bölge Satış Yöneticisi)

We're looking for a Musketeer to represent Red Bull in the Samsun area, building customer confidence and securing availability and visibility of Red Bull products at point of sale. You will detect business opportunities and trends, build a network of decision-makers, and apply strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Expand Red Bull sales in the On Premise channel by gaining new accounts
• Protect current accounts using On Premise and Marketing tools
• Achieve the Red Bull High 5 in all accounts
• Educate and motivate distribution partners to reach Red Bull brand and volume targets

• Represent the company and brand in a professional manner, with a relaxed yet commercial style
• Work with regional field marketing teams to activate Red Bull brand properties in key on-trade outlets
• Add value and create excitement through creative advertising and promotions

• Build and maintain networks with opinion leaders from the On Premise industry
• Develop strong relationships with On Premise customers and fellow Musketeers
• Be seen as an expert in the On Premise

Requirements:

• Strong local market knowledge, contacts, and experience in the scene
• Good communication skills and ability to cultivate good relationships
• Negotiation and objection handling skills
• Basic understanding of commercial math
• Proficiency in EDV (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Well-connected to key figures within the bar and nightclub scene through previous work experience or personal connections
• Solid understanding of the local On-Premise industry

Note: The role involves 50-60% travel.
