We are seeking a skilled Global Credit Content Analyst to join our Content Solutions team. As a Content Analyst, you will build deep expertise in content relevant to Global Credit and publish your insights to investment professionals across the firm. You will proactively identify, vet, recommend, and onboard new high-value content to advance the investment process.
Your role will involve constant innovation, testing new approaches, learning from outcomes, and executing with precision. By leveraging creativity, collaboration, and a strategic mindset, you will contribute to the evolution of Platform Solutions and create a measurable impact across the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Content Discovery and Analysis: Research, discover, and vet data and research products to formulate a view on their potential value for investment professionals. Stay informed of industry trends, changes to known products, and new products not yet in use at the firm. Build and maintain detailed documentation on providers and products within your focus area.
- Author and publish proprietary commentary and reports on content within your focus area to drive value to investment professionals. Leverage your expertise to optimize the firm's portfolio of data and research within your focus area; onboard new high-value products at best-in-class pricing, offboard inferior products, and guide investment professionals toward the best products for their strategy.
- Innovation and Strategic Impact: Continuously evaluate and enhance the processes for sourcing, vetting, and delivering content to investment professionals at scale; test new approaches and learn from outcomes to refine and improve workflows. Develop and execute a unique value proposition for your role within Content Solutions, ensuring alignment with the needs of investment professionals and the broader platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with investment professionals to understand their unique processes and recommend tailored content solutions; learn from their insights and feedback to continuously improve the firm's content platform and portfolio. Work closely with Corporate Access and Broker Relations to identify synergies and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the PSEM platform.
- Building Strategic Relationships: Develop 1x1 relationships with investment professionals to understand their unique strategies and content needs. Market the content platform to prospective and new investment professionals, onboarding them to the platform and ensuring they understand its value. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with content providers, generating unique opportunities to access high-value content for investment professionals. Negotiate commercial and business terms with content providers to achieve best-in-class pricing and position for scale.
Operational Excellence and Process Optimization: Manage high volumes of work across diverse functions and competing priorities, ensuring effective communication and timely execution. Leverage and contribute to the development of internal technology to improve workflows and the investment professionals' experience. Develop frameworks for tracking and evaluating the success of Content Solutions, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

- Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in finance, data, and/or research.
Millennium is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
