Job Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Anduril, you will contribute to developing cutting-edge algorithms and software solutions for air and missile defense. You will work in small, innovative teams to build mission-critical systems that make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the direction of a small team with your expertise and ideas.
• Prototype state-of-the-art software solutions in an agile development environment.
• Implement high-performance software for tactical systems and web applications.
• Utilize high-fidelity modeling and simulation environments, innovative analysis tools, and sound analysis techniques to quantify the benefits of your technology.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure successful outcomes for their mission-critical needs.
• Work across all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers about your work and its significance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Matlab.
• Experience with big data, NoSQL, and database technologies.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience in design, algorithm implementation, software analysis, testing, and optimization.
• Knowledge of machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, and classification.
• Strong foundation in applied mathematics, including differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes.
• Experience in engineering, specifically controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $165,000-$218,000 USD per year
