Sales and Service Advisor

We are seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at HSBC Mexico in Irapuato, Guanajuato.

As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for improving customer experience at our branch by providing prompt and quality service at the counter, aligned with the operational needs of the branch. Additionally, you will identify commercial opportunities by promoting products and services to current and potential customers, and channel them to specialised promoters or alternative channels, contributing to increasing the profitability of the branch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress) or completed high school diploma.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the financial sector.
• Monday to Saturday work schedule.
