We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualised treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address their needs Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications: Experience working with patients with various medical conditions Knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines Bilingual or multilingual skills
