Senior Financial Analyst, North America Sales & Operations Finance

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our North America Sales & Operations Finance team. As a key partner to our General Managers and North America leadership, you will drive forecasting, planning, and closing the books, while also playing a key role in our AI transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales & Operations Leadership to monitor trends, communicate performance, and empower operators to manage their business.
• Drive business outcomes cross-functionally by translating commercial and operational questions into analysis that drives decisions.
• Improve and automate processes using cutting-edge AI tools to scale complex financial workflows.
• Own the reporting cadence, facilitating monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting rhythms.
• Partner with Data Analytics to define and maintain key business KPIs.
• Support forecasting, business planning, and budget-vs-actuals analysis for the Sales and Operations org.
• Be a source of truth for numbers and the status of key initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Operations, or Data Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel/GSheets skills.
• Demonstrated competency with relational databases and agentic coding platforms.
• Growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Logistics or high-growth tech experience.
• Experience with Linux command line and version control.
