Fleet Engineering Project Manager, Data Center

Job Summary

As a Fleet Engineering Project Manager at CoreWeave, you will play a crucial role in the Fleet Repair & Remediation organization. You will serve as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely communication and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) generation, support, issue resolution, and generate performance metrics for internal and external teams.
• Facilitate seamless communication across fleet engineering, data center technicians, and vendor teams.
• Analyze, optimize, and operationalize internal and external processes.
• Lead cross-team projects, focusing on planning, execution, and evaluation of project initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data center operations or similar physical logistics.
• Experience with RMA processes, external vendors, and ticket-based workflows.
• Familiarity with tools and methods for creating detailed documentation and generating client-facing reports.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts with external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
