Description
We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team in Oxford. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our client's premises. This will involve a variety of tasks including cleaning floors, walls, and surfaces, emptying bins, and restocking supplies.
The successful candidate will be a reliable and hardworking individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have good communication skills and be able to follow instructions and work to a high standard.
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be expected to wear company uniform at all times and maintain a clean and smart appearance. You will also be required to adhere to our health and safety procedures and report any incidents or concerns to your supervisor.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be required to undertake ad hoc duties as directed by your supervisor. These may include assisting with special events or projects, or providing support to other members of the team.
