Merchandiser (Full Time)

As a Full-Time Merchandiser at Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring strong in-store execution by maintaining high product visibility and availability across various retail accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers to ensure full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics
• Rotating products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults while reviewing code dates
• Removing any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products
• Maintaining clean and organized backstock areas
• Supporting in-store execution, including building and optimizing displays
• Collaborating with Account Sales Managers and customers to address product availability and display execution
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English proficiency; additional languages an advantage

This is a labor-intensive role involving regular lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling of cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting.
