As a Product Operations Associate, you will serve as the operational partner within a technical product domain, developing deep subject matter expertise and owning the operational readiness of initiatives from early access through GA.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational partner to Product, Engineering, and Design within your domain
  • Embed launch enablement into planning and release processes
  • Establish and maintain delivery discipline, dependency visibility, and risk tracking
  • Define and track success metrics in partnership with Product and Data
  • Drive structured communication and alignment across internal stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation standards and release communications are clear and scalable
  • Surface cross-functional impacts and escalate risks as needed
  • Identify operational gaps and implement durable process improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in program management, product operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field
  • Experience participating in or managing cross-functional projects and process improvements
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, and operational teams
  • Proficiency in defining, interpreting, and communicating key metrics that drive business success
  • Experience establishing and maintaining structured operating frameworks, including product launches throughout the lifecycle
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical material to both internal and customer-facing audiences
  • High ownership mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Jira, or similar data and workflow platforms

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting product launches from early development through GA
  • Background in fintech, payments, or other regulated industries
  • Experience partnering closely with customer-facing teams such as GTM or Support
  • Interest in improving operational tooling or documentation systems

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $81,600 - $102,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
