Description
You will join a dynamic and international environment of a global premium brand, influencing the development of Red Bull's sales strategy in Poland. You will be responsible for managing a team of Student Marketeers, building the local image of our global brand, and creating innovative marketing plans for the Greater Poland region. Your tasks will include finding, hiring, training, and managing the team, as well as developing new ideas for local marketing activities.
Your responsibilities will also include supporting the Field Marketing Manager in creating and implementing key marketing initiatives in the region, collaborating with the entire marketing team, and continuously improving the efficiency of logistics systems and infrastructure necessary to support activities in the region.

Key responsibilities:
- Be an expert in team management: find, hire, train, and manage a team of Student Marketeers.
- Be close to the local community: build the local image of our global brand and create a business plan for the Greater Poland region.
- Perfected execution: support the Field Marketing Manager in creating and implementing key marketing initiatives in the region, collaborate with the entire marketing team, and continuously improve the efficiency of logistics systems and infrastructure necessary to support activities in the region.
- Travel 60-70% of the time.
Requirements:
- Location: Poznań and surrounding area
- Driving license category B
- Intermediate level of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in marketing activities
- Self-motivation, creativity, initiative
- Ability to establish relationships, openness, and ability to build a network of contacts
- Analytical skills, accuracy, and reliability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in teamwork, in groups with different functions and goals, and different personalities
- Understanding of trends, the student environment, and ways of reaching various consumer groups at different consumption occasions.
