Project Manager - KWM

Keywords Studios is currently looking for a versatile and organized Project Manager to join its Montreal studio.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating ongoing projects, while monitoring logistical aspects with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a related field, and language proficiency in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:

• Adopting a global vision for each project while meticulously handling the most subtle details
• Developing comprehensive project schedules and overseeing their execution
• Coordinating resource allocation based on production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency
• Cultivating and maintaining trusting relationships with clients by fostering open communication channels
• Leading the delivery process to ensure timely submission of deliverables to clients
• Equipping the team with the necessary resources to meet client expectations and project requirements
• Preparing proposals for future projects by leveraging knowledge and experience
• Serving as the primary point of contact for freelancers to facilitate seamless collaboration
• Monitoring project costs and promptly informing management of any budget overruns
• Demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities by managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Serving as the point of contact for matters related to the physical management of the studio
