PRN - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with various diagnoses and conditions
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
