Financial Planning Manager - Marketing

We are seeking a Financial Planning Manager - Marketing to join our finance team in São Paulo.

As a Financial Planning Manager - Marketing, you will act as a business partner, ensuring efficient management of financial resources for Marketing and Indirect areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead planning cycles, ensure compliance with reporting deadlines, and develop realistic financial plans in collaboration with each area, connecting marketing objectives to financial policies.
• Provide strategic insights and proactive advice to management, focusing on optimising return on marketing investment (ROI) based on data and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of Office Suite and ERP SAP module FI/CO.
• Ability to analyse financial data and transform it into clear reports.
• Experience in creating and monitoring financial and operational KPIs.
• Direct team management experience.
• Advanced/Fluent English required.
