Red Bull Student Marketeer - Mannheim

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Red Bull Student Marketeer to join our team in Mannheim. As a Student Marketeer, you will be responsible for promoting the Red Bull brand and products on campus and in the local region.

Your Role You will embody the Red Bull brand personality and values, representing the brand through daily interactions with consumers and customers. Your tasks will include:

• Expanding our customer base by offering our products and increasing brand awareness through sampling
• Developing and implementing a tailored campus plan to engage students and make the Red Bull brand visible
• Building a strong network and establishing relationships with key personalities in the region
• Promoting brand loyalty through authentic content on social media
• Collaborating with the sales team to create new distribution points and ensure product availability

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, dynamic, positive, and open personality
• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships
• Active participation in student life and in-depth knowledge of the university, city, and region
• Creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and a high sense of responsibility and initiative
• Ability to balance part-time work and studies, with occasional availability on weekends and evenings
• Strong interest in marketing, negotiation, and sales
• Well-connected with influential groups and individuals on campus
• Valid driver's license
