Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. This role will provide support for production issues and collaborate with key business stakeholders to clarify requirements and plan project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clarify requirements from key business stakeholders and sponsors in an organised manner
• Plan project activities with clear schedules
• Conduct project activities, including solution communication, setting up test environments, and implementing production releases
• Provide support for production issues

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

• Strong Java knowledge
• Strong technical knowledge of React or other frontend frameworks (a plus)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery
• Excellent problem-solving and service support skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high-quality results under tight schedules and high pressure

Additional Skills:

• Excellent understanding of a functional programming language
• Understanding of FX domain knowledge
• Working in a global team with different cultures
• Strong focus and dedication to providing a stable service to customers
