Description
The Retention Director will oversee the retention strategy for all Kiplinger brands, focusing on growing recurring revenue through digital subscriptions and online ordering.
You will report to the Senior Marketing Director and be responsible for developing a comprehensive retention strategy to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) through customer subscription and re-engagement promotions.
Key responsibilities include designing and building the full retention lifecycle strategy across mail, email, coverwraps, and online channels; leading the development of high-conversion win-back and reactivation campaigns; finding cross-sell and bundle opportunities with targeted messaging; establishing a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing cadence; managing retention Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); and preparing annual retention budgets and managing monthly financial forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Retention, Lifecycle, or B2C marketing, with a focus on growing recurring revenue, and documented success in growing recurring revenue and reducing customer churn, increasing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
The expected salary range for this role is $108,000 - $120,000, with additional benefits including uncapped leave, a share of profits with a bonus, and opportunity to purchase shares in Future.
