Description

Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Performance Solutions Partner to enable advertisers and sellers to drive success on the platform.

The Sr. Performance Solutions Partner will closely partner with cross-functional leadership in sales, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities:

Become an expert at Pinterest campaign best practices
Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format
Enable and mobilize sellers to pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale
Provide strategic thought leadership to top-tier clients
Identify key issues facing clients and advertisers, and develop proposed solutions

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, ad tech, and ad operations
Expertise in digital advertising and media sales
Structured and detail-oriented thinker
Strong communication skills
Experience using AI to improve speed and quality
Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies
