Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Fort Worth location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
• Provide physical therapy interventions, such as exercises, stretches, and modalities, to help patients improve their function and mobility
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
