Multi Skilled Operative

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our Municipal Services team in Ipswich, Suffolk. As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining health and safety standards, carrying out daily checks, and assisting the production team in minimising downtime.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Maintaining health and safety standards and performance on site
• Carrying out daily checks and reporting defects
• Assisting the production team in minimising downtime when stoppages occur
• Working harmoniously with the maintenance team to handover information about mobile plant
• Assisting in the investigation of accidents and incidents
• Assisting the team in achieving site KPIs
• Undertaking any training as required and provided by the company

The successful candidate will have:

• Loading shovel accreditation (essential)
• Material handler accreditation (desirable)
• Forklift accreditation with clamp attachment (desirable)
