Automation Service Engineer III

You will play a key role in learning, improving, and organizing the culture of efficiency within the clinical laboratory and broader operation.\n\nAs an Automation Service Engineer III, you will be directly responsible for providing world-class Laboratory Equipment Lifecycle Management service and support, while contributing to efficient processes, procedures, and best practices.\n\nYou will work well with cross-functional teams, bringing new ideas and processes to the table, while managing existing ones and gathering ideas/requirements from the end users.\n\nThis role requires a highly experienced, independent, and analytical professional to lead complex automation projects, ensure stringent regulatory compliance, and provide advanced technical expertise and mentorship within a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n Maintaining, sustaining, and supporting complex automation systems and processes, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of both hardware and software components.\n Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues quickly and efficiently, utilizing proficiency in advanced automation tools and software.\n Analyzing complex systems and data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of issues.\n Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.\n Demonstrating extensive knowledge of industry-specific regulations, including CLIA, CAP, and FDA guidelines.\n Independently ensuring systems comply with current and changing regulatory requirements, and implementing QA processes for high-quality outcomes.\n\nNice to have skills include:\n\n Producing clear, concise, and detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations.\n Strong root-cause analysis, "customer-first" mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.\n\nThe US target range of our base salary for new hires is $110,200 - $140,700. You will also be eligible to receive equity, cash bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits depending on the position offered.
