Key job responsibilities:
- Excellence Opérationnelle: Supervise, diagnose, and optimize critical automated systems to maximize equipment availability and operational flow
- Innovation & Amélioration Continue: Analyze performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with the European control network
- Expertise Technique: Interpret technical schematics, program according to IEC 61131-3 standards, and ensure precise documentation of all systems to guarantee their reliability
- Collaboration Internationale: Work with colleagues worldwide to install and commission new equipment, sharing best practices across the network

About the team:
Your RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) team:
Join a team of passionate experts who ensure operational excellence of our European logistics network. We combine sharp technical expertise, analytical thinking, and close collaboration to maintain our facilities at the highest level.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education and experience:
- High school diploma (BUT, Master, or engineering degree)
- Confirmed experience in automation programming (PLC) and diagnosis in a continuous production environment
- Practical experience with conveyor belts and sorting systems
- Mastery of handling, visualization of flows, and process control
- Technical skills (at least one):
- Microsoft Office, project management tools, EPLAN
- Ladder programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys)
- Ignition SCADA or similar platforms and IHM
- Industrial networks: EthernetIP, Profinet, Profibus, AS-i
- Frequency converters, security gateways, I/O devices
- Language:
- Perfect mastery of French and English (oral and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial electronics, or related technical field
- Knowledge of ISO 13849 and ISO 62061 standards
- Experience in a multi-site environment
- Mastery of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Six Sigma certification or experience in data analysis and process improvement
